Permanent Grade III post for Sri Lankan citizens of good character aged 18–30 on the closing date. Requires O/L six passes in one sitting with credits in Sinhala/Tamil, English/English Literature and Mathematics, AND passes in all A/L subjects except the Common General Paper at one sitting (three old-syllabus subjects suffice). A recognized computer-applications course of at least six months AND two years of computer-package experience give preference; they are not mandatory.
