How JobConnect works
JobConnect is not just a place to send applications. Both sides choose each other. Only then do you share contact details.
Step 1
Find a good match
Search jobs by role and city. If you create a profile, JobConnect shows how well each job fits you – based on role, location, experience, salary and when you can start.
Step 2
Show Interest / Send Invite
Job seekers tap “I'm Interested” on jobs they like. Companies tap “Invite” on people they want to talk to. Nothing is sent automatically.
Step 3
When both agree, you connect
When the job seeker is interested and the company has invited them for the same job, you are Connected. Phone and WhatsApp details unlock for both sides.
Your contact details stay private until you both agree
Phone and WhatsApp numbers are only shown after a mutual connection. Once connected, contact details stay unlocked for free – even if a pass ends.
For job seekers
- Searching all jobs and categories is free.
- You can open the full details of up to 10 jobs a day for free.
- An optional 30-day Job Hunter Pass gives unlimited job views.
- No profile photo needed.
For companies
- Creating a company profile and posting jobs is free.
- See which job seekers are interested in your jobs.
- Your first 3 candidate profile views are free.
- An optional 30-day Hiring Pass gives more candidate views.
