One permanent CIABOC post. Sri Lankan citizens aged 40–54 need a UGC-recognised postgraduate law degree, Supreme Court Attorney-at-Law qualification and at least 15 years of active criminal-litigation experience after admission. Excellent character and physical/mental fitness required; service anywhere in Sri Lanka. AC-E 4-2025 scale: Rs.212,000–10×4,950–261,500 plus approved allowances. Recruitment before 1 January 2027 is paid Rs.183,300 under Schedule II. Three-year probation, EPF/ETF. English-medium structured interview: highest eligible score, minimum 60/100.
